A snapshot of the local area
North Norfolk is one of the most beautiful regions in the UK with stunning beaches, salt flats, undulating countryside, vibrant flint-built villages and the market towns of Blakeney and Holt.
Stretching for nearly 80 miles, the North Norfolk Coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty dotted with lively coastal towns and harbours such as Wells-next-the-Sea where you can still see crab and fishing boats putting out to sea. The coastal waters and surrounding countryside also provide a welcome home to a vast array of birds, animals and sea life.
This ‘Big Sky Country’ is beautiful in every season and perfect for walking, cycling, sailing, horse riding, bird watching or simply taking a few deep breaths and enjoying the view.
